Ingredients
- 1 Sweet Potato or Yam
- Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit
- Wash the sweat potato or yam
- Cut down the middle length wise
- Take each half and cut lengthwise 1/3 inch strips
- Place the strips on a baking sheet and bake for 3 hours
- For crunchier strips bake longer
- Enjoy!
